  1. Oh! I thought one had to earn Rs. 32/ day to qualify as a ‘rich’ man. As for the namesake of our Bollywood shirtless thunder, the haath had miscalculated while the cycle reaped the benefits…

    1. There is so much failure of Congress in UP purely due to its bad governance in early 70-80's. And regarding 26rs per day is a tough line, if people earn 27 rs then all bpl facilities are taken from them. Such is the tragedy.
